Please let us know if you would like to exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order and we will email you with the next steps.
You will then have a further 7 days in which to return your unworn item(s) with the original tags and packaging. Please don't forget to include the information we ask for in your return.
IO.Clinic does not cover the cost of returns so please keep your postage receipt. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item, and when we have processed your return / exchange.
Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the final refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
If there is a problem with your product, please let us know the issue and your order number by emailing our team at info@io.clinic.
Please note that some items can’t be returned for refunds due to hygiene and customer safety these include:
Cosmetic products - if opened, used or the protective seal is not intact.
Underwear - does not include bras if labels are still intact.
Swimwear - taken out of protective bag or any labels have been broken.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send the item back to you.

Received a faulty product
We are very sorry to hear you have found your product to be faulty in some way. Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible via email, and we can give you clear instructions of how to move forward.
If you could please attach photos of the damage along with a description of the issue.
Faulty products are dealt with case-by-case due to differing circumstances requiring differing outcomes. However, we will always do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
