Delivery of the ordered Goods takes place on the territory of the EU. The goods are delivered only on working days (ie from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays specified in separate regulations). The delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from the date the order is fulfilled by the Store.

The ordered Goods are delivered to the Customer's address indicated in the Order.

The cost of delivery depends on the entity performing the delivery, the method of payment and the value of the order.

The customer may indicate the delivery address also outside the territory of the Poland. However, delivery outside the territory of the Poland takes place only by courier. In the case of shipment outside the territory of the Poland, the cost of delivery shall be borne by the Customer, regardless of the value of the order. At the same time, if the delivery address is selected outside the territory of the Poland, the Customer cannot pay on delivery.

The cost and predictable time of delivery outside the territory of the Poland depends on the destination country of delivery and shipping conditions of DPD / TNT / FedEX.

If the client is located outside the EU, then before purchasing the Customer must contact us info@io.clinic to confirm the possibility of sending the goods from our side. Customers outside the EU may be subject to additional customs duties. All information about customs duties, as well as the rules for their calculation, can be obtained from local customs offices.
